Grandstream GBX20 Extension Module – 40 Programmable Keys, BLF Support for GRP & GXV IP Phones

The Grandstream GBX20 Extension Module is a powerful add-on accessory designed to enhance the functionality of Grandstream carrier-grade IP phones and video IP phones. It is widely used in reception areas, call centers, enterprise offices, and high-call-volume environments where efficient call management is critical.

The GBX20 is compatible with a wide range of Grandstream devices including GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670, GXV3350, and GXV3450 IP phones, making it a flexible solution for enterprise deployments.

It features a 4.3-inch (272×480) TFT color LCD screen that displays up to 40 contacts or extensions per module, with 20 dual-color programmable keys and page-switching support.

Each GBX20 module supports two pages of keys, and up to 4 modules can be daisy-chained together, allowing a total of up to 160 contacts/extensions per phone.

The module supports advanced telephony functions such as:
