The FIBERME Remote Connect (FRC) feature allows extensions to register from remote locations without requiring public IP addresses, DDNS, or VPN setups — ideal for remote workers or branch offices.

Advanced call handling features include IVR menus, ring groups, call queues, follow-me, DISA, voicemail, and customizable dial plans, ensuring seamless communication and professional customer experience.
