Do you supply equipment only, or do you install it too?
Both. DA3M supplies networking, security and communications hardware, and we also handle site survey, installation, configuration and handover. Many clients start with supply only and move to full implementation on later phases. Tell us which you need when you request a quote.
How long does it take to get a quotation?
We respond to quotation requests within one business day. For standard stocked items you will usually receive pricing the same day. For project-based scopes that need a site survey or a bill of quantities, allow two to three business days.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Alexandria?
Yes. We are based in Cairo and Alexandria and deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and order size, and are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Do you provide official tax invoices and support company procurement?
Yes. DA3M issues official invoices and can work through standard corporate procurement processes, including purchase orders and tender documentation. Mention this in your enquiry so we prepare the right paperwork from the start.
Which brands do you work with?
We are a multi-brand integrator. Our main lines include Sophos, Fortinet and Kaspersky for cybersecurity, Aruba, Huawei eKit, Ruijie,
TP-Link, Grandstream and Cisco for switching and wireless. Grandstream, Yealink and Yeastar and Fiberme for VoIP.
PremiumLine, Prorack and Prolink for cabling and infrastructure. If you are standardised on a brand not listed, ask us.
What is covered by warranty, and do you offer support contracts?
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, with the period varying by brand and model and stated on your quotation. We also offer ongoing support and maintenance agreements for networks we have implemented. Contact us to discuss the right level of cover for your setup.
