Description
The Grandstream GRP2602W is a carrier-grade 2-line Essential IP Phone designed for businesses, service providers, and remote workers. Supporting 2 SIP lines and 4 SIP accounts, it provides reliable HD voice communication with enterprise-grade security and centralized device management. The GRP2602W model includes integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), allowing flexible wireless deployment without requiring a wired Ethernet connection.
The phone features HD audio on both the handset and full-duplex speakerphone, delivering crystal-clear conversations. It also includes Noise Shield Technology and AI Noise Reduction to minimize background noise and improve voice quality during calls. Users can host 5-way audio conferences, making collaboration simple and efficient.
Designed for mass deployment, the GRP2602W supports Zero-Touch Provisioning and is fully compatible with Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), enabling IT administrators to configure, provision, monitor, and manage large deployments from a centralized cloud platform. The phone also supports EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) for compatible Plantronics, Jabra, and Sennheiser wireless headsets.
Enterprise-level security features include Secure Boot, Dual Firmware Images, and Encrypted Data Storage, ensuring reliable and secure business communications. The device also features a 132 × 48 backlit graphical LCD, programmable soft keys, multilingual support, and a swappable faceplate for company branding.
